The Joala Tehnohub project is planned on a 2.4-hectare site located within Narva Industrial Park Kulgu — a modern and growing industrial park in Narva spanning 65 hectares, with ready infrastructure to support the successful launch and development of manufacturing businesses. In 2023, a detailed development plan specifically for the Joala Tehnohub site was approved, allowing it to be divided into two sections. The project provides for the construction of buildings up to 16 meters high or up to 4 stories, with a total area of up to 12,000 m2 intended for production and warehousing needs. The industrial complex will be equipped with essential infrastructure, including access roads with a circular traffic system around the building, lighting, water supply, sewage, and connections to gas, electricity, and telecommunications networks.

According to the announced plans, the new industrial area in Kulgu will soon be connected to the Kreenholm district via a new road, improving transportation links with the city and accessibility to our complex. Additionally, the development plan for Narva Industrial Park Kulgu includes the construction of a new 110 kV substation, ensuring stable power supply for new industrial investments in the area.
